How soon can you get here?
Emergencies happen. We try to accommodate every customer as quickly as possible. Often we can get there same day, or usually the next day. If immediate help is needed, emergency services calls are also available outside of day time business hours (evenings, weekends, holidays) at a higher rate.
How far will you travel outside of the Akron area?
I am happy to travel to all businesses in Summit and all surrounding counties. If you find yourself outside of this service area, please call to see how we could accommodate you.
Do you have customer service?
Yes! I am your friendly customer service representative.
What form of payments do you accept?
I accept cash, check, or money order. All new customers are C.O.D. After an established relationship, payment terms can be discussed.
Do you work on refrigeration?
No, unfortunately we do not.
Do you repair residential appliances?
No, we only service commercial equipment in businesses.
